Chef Carmen is passionate about cooking, loves traditional dishes, and is also good at creating new dishes. Experience is the source of her creative inspiration. She believes that only by enjoying life and absorbing nutrients from life can enrich inspiration and bring delicious food to customers. She once founded her own bakery in Hong Kong, and her enthusiasm drove her to further her culinary study in Australia. She is now serving as a chef in major events such as the Australian Open, Formula One, and Melbourne Cup, as well as weddings, conferences, and private dinners and parties.
